What Awaits You with Us:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and data-driven solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intelligent, scalable technical solutions.
- Research and experiment with the latest developments in AI, ML, and GenAI technologies.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Communicate findings clearly through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
- Contribute to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, supporting the growth of your teammates.
What We Expect from You:
- Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, or Spark).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Power BI/Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Curiosity for GenAI technologies and passion for building meaningful AI solutions.
