What Awaits You with Us:
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI systems that solve real-world business challenges.
- Develop and integrate machine learning and GenAI models into scalable backend and cloud architectures.
- Engineer robust AI pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Work on LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, and designers to translate business requirements into intelligent, end-to-end solutions.
- Apply data analysis and statistical methods to ensure high-quality model performance and measurable business impact.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI engineering, MLOps, and Generative AI.
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture, supporting the growth of your teammates.
What We Expect from You:
- Proven experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or applied data science.
- Strong programming skills in Python (additional languages such as SQL are a plus).
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and their practical application in production systems.
- Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
- Knowledge of data processing and feature engineering using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries.
- Understanding of statistics and data modeling to properly evaluate and improve AI models.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure and/or GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (model versioning, CI/CD for ML, monitoring, experimentation tracking) is a strong plus.
- Curiosity for GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and building intelligent applications beyond pure model experimentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
