What Awaits You with Us:
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Build intelligent assistants, AI agents, AI Assistants and automation solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based architectures to enable secure, structured, and scalable AI integrations.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuned models.
- Integrate GenAI systems into existing enterprise architectures via APIs and cloud platforms.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve model outputs in terms of quality, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Research and experiment with the latest advancements in LLMs, AI agents, and emerging GenAI technologies.
- Contribute to building a collaborative and innovative AI-first culture within the team.
What We Expect from You:
- Proven experience in AI engineering and Generative AI development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-ready AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers).
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar), and embeddings.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Crew AI, or similar) and agentic frameworks.
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, context management, and structured AI integrations.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI system optimization.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure and/or GCP)
- Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and system integration.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and passion for building impactful AI solutions.
