What Awaits You with Us:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into structured test scenarios and detailed test cases.
- Design, document, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for modern web applications, APIs, and cloud-based services running in AWS, Azure, and self-hosted environments.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, designers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs and inconsistencies across multiple environments.
- Prepare test plans, regression suites, acceptance criteria validations, and QA documentation.
- Validate APIs, integrations, workflows, and user interfaces to ensure a seamless and reliable user experience.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities as part of an agile development team.
- Contribute to improving QA methodologies, testing processes, automation coverage, and quality standards.
- Support functional, regression, usability, performance, and security testing activities.
- Work closely with development teams on CI/CD-integrated testing and quality automation pipelines.
- Ensure testing activities align with security, GDPR, and ISO27001-aware quality standards and best practices.
- Help establish a proactive quality culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
What We Expect from You:
- Experience in software quality assurance and testing for web applications, APIs, or cloud-based systems.
- Experience creating structured test cases, test plans, and quality assurance documentation based on business requirements.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and bug lifecycle management.
- Experience with manual testing and a strong willingness to expand into test automation.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, or similar.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.
- Understanding of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and/or BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and client-server architecture.
- Awareness of security testing, performance testing, GDPR considerations, and secure software delivery principles.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly report issues and improvements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and motivation to continuously improve software quality.
